Hanging out at the solar powered Urth Caffé at night with a fellow artcenter alumni friend I bumped into on the street (again! that’s how we met the first time). We shared the Three Layer Cheesecake. Big rich, creamy and delicious~

I would guess that solar panels will store and generate enough energy during the night when there’s no longer sun…? It’s amazing how the entire place runs on them.
That cake is actually bigger than palm size, and since it’s so rich and creamy…it’s too much for 2 people ^^;;; But Seat, maybe it’s ‘normal’ quantity for you…^^;;;
