Leonardo’s Restaurant (Ensenada)

By in 02: Mexico, Favorite Food Entries

DSC02474.jpgBoss woke everyone up the next morning to go to this breakfast place he found. Turns out it’s quite a long drive from the resort to middle of nowhere. But this place was already very crowded (of locals) when we got there.

Very cute inside, especially the pretty x’mas tree. Almost everyone got the Huevos Rancheros, it might look watery but it’s absolutely tasty!

The real reason why our boss brought us here: the amazing Apple Pie! Don’t know if the picture can convey the awe striking ‘tallness’ of the slice (and the layers!!!) It taste heavenly: the light apple sweetness with chewy mexican cheese. *_*

At first I thought it was “crepe cake” that is common in Japan. That’s for one person? Crazy~~
