Patisserie Chantilly (Lomita)

Cafe Blanc (Costa Mesa)

More pretty and tasty cakes from Cafe Blanc (see my old entry): Coeur des Rois. Vanilla mousse, raspberry gelee and kirsh brandy. I think there could be a bit more raspberry gelee to give a even stronger punch to the sourness. Doux Chocolat: white and dark chocolate mousee. Very good!
