Sanuki no Sato (Gardena)

Hiyashi Uni-Tororo Soba . Soba topped with Uni, grated yam and green onions. The last few times I went there this dish was unavailable so I’m glad to finally taste it. The uni was good and quite fresh, generous portion too. I love it.
