I knew it is chicken because I checked the menu from the internet before going there…so it is Kyoto chicken?!
nah, its just a 方言 for chicken. people here wouldn’t understand what it is 😀 there’s a bunch of other words unique to 関西 area like ほかす⇒すてる おおきに⇒ありがとう and かしわis one of them! i wonder why they use the word かしわ＾＿＾??
