    Is that giant wasabi plant next to the shrimp?
    The Uni color looks a bit pale…

  2. My friends from HK got here that night and we went out for dinner near their hotel in Ikebukuro. That tofu is not wine, goma=sesame, quite good! Yeah, we were supposed to grate that wasabi ourselves but it was toooooo difficult so we just asked for normal one. The uni was actually quite good! Now is the season to eat uni!

  3. how do you grate wasabi, do they give you a grating plate?
    Oh oh it’s Uni season now? I gotta go eat more!
