Uni risotto~~ YUM~~ 😀 But…how come looks more like a bowl shape of rice with sauce pour on top?
The risotto is flat, and grilled crispy on the outside. Yeah the sauce was just poured on top of it afterwards…well well, casual/cheap Italian are all like that, pasta/risotto and sauce cooked separately.
