Today’s soup, forgot what….very good though.
Sparerib in curry sauce. Looks oily but actually very light.

留家五味骨:スペアリブのカレー風味。

Traditional-style fish head hotpot. Roasted duck stuffed with beans and glutinous rice – fantastic.
古法炆斑頭腩:魚頭の鍋。
京酥鴨(半):鴨の豆詰めロースト。

Stir-Fried Monk’s Mixed Vegetable & Mushroom – simple but surprisingly delicious.
Fried glutinous rice(needs to reserve in advance) – a must-order.
柚皮羅漢上素:野菜の鍋。
生炒糯米飯:もち米の炒め、要予約。

Longan and ginseng and corn – very good. Fried Water Chestnut cake – a bit oily.
分甘同味:龍眼と人参と粟。
桂花とヒシの実のケーキ。
4人で15000円ぐらい。

  1. Yeah, that horse one.
    This restaurant I have been before last time I came back to HK. I really liked it so I took my family there. It is probably the best meal so far during my stay in HK this time.
