大良炒鮮奶:支店で一回食べたけど、こっちの方が牛乳の味が濃厚で美味しい。ご飯と意外と合う。
デザートの「緑豆沙」はサービスで、3人で8000円ぐらい。

Interesting, the milk is not deep fried but just pan-fried. I craved! Those green (or red) bean dessert are regular staples at the chinese resataurnt in LA as free dessert, so that kinda spoil my taste for them.

It is savoury but also has rich milk’s sweet flavour, very nice! This is the original branch of the 順徳(in 広東) cuisine I only went a while ago and the fried egg is much nicer in this branch. I wonder if there are 順徳 or 大良(old name of the same place)restaurants in L.A.? Go check check! Maybe your dad knows?
