Taste-wise it is alright, but the service is a bit lacking.

  1. There is this chinese food competition in HK, Japanese page here and Chinese here. I can’t say all the restaurants are bad…but they certainly fluctuate in quality and quite a few of them are expensive and high class and are inside hotels. Very tailored for tourists, you know. This restaurant won some awards but gosh, our orders all got corked up and the service is bad – not going back there ever.

  2. wahhhat, award can be so deceiving~ ^^;; I wonder about those Iron Chef, those winning chefs…if their restaurant are really as good.

  4. The food was alright, especially the soup was good. Just that service was terrible so we didn’t enjoy the meal at all.

    Yeah, I saw some Iron chef episodes when I was in HK, seems like quite a few of them have restaurants in NY, you should try one!!
