I didn’t know French eat cow stomach and pig feet too! wow~ I wonder if there’re other way to cook other than stew.
I guess French are very much like Chinese, they eat anything. ^^;; Maybe stew is the best way to make the cow stomach and pig feet softer and less smelly?
