The ideal is balanced diet - carbohydrate, protein, fiber etc. It is difficult though. Starchy food is cheap and filling and tastes nice afterall.

ah . . . carbohydrates, pure comfort food for the soul. the whole food bakery near my work place is pretty nice. i really like thier olive bread. but i find out that if i have carb. for lunch, i will be past out in food coma for the rest of the afternoon. . . one of my friend from seattle brought me raw berry honey, it goes well with bread too :D
