杏汁官燕(ツバメの巣アーモンドシロップ煮)。Bird's nest with almond cream.
野菜、蟹鍋とちまきは4人分。外の品は一人分。一人は3万円ぐらい。この店は高いけど、高級素材が食べたいなら、味と質の保障できるところがいいでしょう。おすすめ。Very expensive but the taste is worth the price.

阿一 is the name of the chef...if I am not mistaken. He is a famous chef whose apprentices are main chefs of some other restaurants, like 富東, which I went a while ago was nice but a lot cheaper.
