アマルフィイ モデルナ(Amalfi Moderna)
三浦野菜のサラダ。
三崎漁港より白身魚と春菊、フレッシュトマトの生スパゲッティ。すごく美味しかった。普段のスパゲッティよりもちもちしていて、面白い食感だった。デザートとコーヒーがついて、１３５０円。Fish and corn marigold. The chewy spaghetti was mixed with just olive oil, which I thought would get a bit sickening towards the end, but surprisingly it didn't. Very good.

Olive oil sauce is common for certain spaghetti, like spaghetti vongole - the one with clam - you must have had it before. But usually the oil sauce is diluted with soup stock, but this one was pure thick oil...which was nice and went well with the spaghetti, just that the idea was a bit scary. ^^;;;;

You mean there's no sauce for the spaghetti but only pure olive oil? o_O
