エムズキッチン サントゥール(M's Kitchen)

仔羊のプロヴァンス丼、2000円。フォワグラ丼、1850円。ポタージュ、プリン、凍頂ウーロン茶が付く。半分ずつ食べたけど、両方も最高に美味しかった。仔羊は柔らかくて、フォアグラはバリと焼いただけで、ソースなしでいただく。しつこくなくてヘルシーだった。よくある甘いソースがのっかってるフォアグラ丼よりずっといい。新鮮な野菜もいろいろあって美味しかった。

ご飯は五穀米が入ってるハーブライスで、おかわりできる。Lamb chop rice bowl and foie gras rice bowl - both exceptionally good. It was all counter seats and I went with a friend and we were the only customers. The chef was preparing our food quietly at first, but after he served us he started talking, and once he started he never stopped!! He was so funny and friendly and we talked, of course about food, for like one and a half hour~~~

Such tiny window ^^;;;, I wonder why they didn't make it bigger so more light could come in!

Oh it was free to ask for more rice which was flavoured rice with herb and tasted really good by itself.

I had half of each - we swapped our bowls halfway. ^^;;; It was darkish inside - but anyway it was all counter seats, doesn't look good in pictures so didn't take. I actually like the lamb chop one more than the foie gras, cos the lamb was just too soft too juicy~~~

OH MY GOD that looked AWESOME! You have the foie gras right? ^^;; I don't think I'll ever get tired of lamb chop~ Oh is the place dark inside? (window so tiny and round like a submarine window ^^;;;) So the chef teaches cooking classes, and looked at all the stuffs he wrote on his diary, he sure loves to chat~ ^^;;
