Salut (サリュー)
穴子と茄子のミルフイユ、ブルーチーズ風。キレイ~。鶏胸肉のロースト、アンチョビ風。
Anago and aubergine mille-feuille, blue cheese sauce.
Roasted chicken breast, anchovy sauce.
イチジクのデザート、美味しかった~。
Jelly with fig and honey cream. All quite good, especially the dessert.

The dessert is jelly with fig and the bottom part is honey-taste cream~~~highlight of the whole meal! The mille-feuille no longer looked good once I started cutting it...

So awesome~ the globe shape container. Gosh the fig dessert looks absolutely fantastic, is it half actual fruit with jelly? The Mille-Feuille seems hard to eat, need to eat slice by slice or else will crumble ^^;;
