Sweet yam and rice? Both carb though! ^^;;; Yam and tofu might be nice~~.

Haha you'd think the main dish portion is small, but the side dishes all added up too. Oh i love the Japanese yam (cold, cooked with soysauce) btw...especially here the yam are so sweet and nice. It seems easy enough to make for dinner.

Not much of cleansing if you have dessert afterwards...^^;;;
