蘇三茶室

Chicken wings rice bowl. Pork dumplings. Bacon and potato gratin. Tiramisu and chocolate mousse. Pretty normal.

Oh sooo poor~~ It's tough for young dreamers!! This reminds me of a friend of Joan who opened his bagel place but insist on being authentic and using finest ingredient (ex: water from NY ^^;;;) that of course it flop, but then his family is filthy rich... Really only those rich nothing to do madam can opened one as her hobby or something.

But opening a cafe is a lot of $$, I am sure they want to make a living out of it...my two nephews actually opened a chinese-style dessert place and before I had a chance to go and try, they bankrupted already and lost practically all the $$ that their parents, who passed away already, had left them. That kinda shocked me...and woke me up from my "casual" dream of opening a cafe/restaurant...cos it is business afterall, and business involves risks...

The gratin looks yummy~~ I guess these trendy cafes are opened by young people, who probably didn't expect long leg but wanting to fulfil the dream of owning a cool cafe ^^;;

I like the retro modern-vintage interior. that's cute they put the tiramisu and choco mousee in chinese style bowl!

there's hardly any "cafe culture" in HK, there are lots of cheap eat places, but not stylish yet causal place.

One of those rare non-franchise new-style cafes I went with cara who lived nearby. The food is alright - very homemade, inside is spacy and interior a bit retro-HK and clean, but the seats are not comfortable enough. There are just so many cheap restaurants in HK offering the same kind of food in cheaper prices and better quality...I wonder if they can survive...
