Fried soft-bone fish with seaweed.
苔條九肚魚:緑のは海苔。九肚魚はつるんとした食感が面白いのだ。昔はよく鍋に入れたりしたんだけど、同席の友人は揚げたのが好み。

Stir-fried prawn with Longjin tea. Braised duck stuffed with Eight Jewel rice.
龍井蝦仁:海老と龍井茶の炒め。茶の味はあまりしない。
八寶鴨:鴨の糯飯詰め。糯飯は甘いソースと鴨の汁が染み込んで、ちょっとべたべただけど、絶品だ。予約が必要。

Sparerib in onion sauce.
洋葱一字排:豚のスペアリブと玉葱の蒸し煮。箸だけで骨から肉が取れるぐらい柔らかい。やっぱり甘めの味付けで、八寶鴨とダブってしまったが、頼んでよかった一品だ。要予約。

Comes with free dessert red bean soup.
Overall not bad and very cheap.
豆苗(野菜)の炒めも頼んで、デザートはサービスで、4人8000円ぐらい。安いわ~。

so many dishes I've never heard of or tasted (like the fish)!! I shall look forward to eating them sometime in the future ^p^
