Fried dried scallop and pea-sprout. Fried prawn balls are very good.
Whampoa支店はいまいちだったけど、本店の方が美味しいと聞いて、リベンジ。
貝柱と豆苗の炒め。
ここの名物、蟹の揚げ。蟹肉がぎゅーぎゅー詰めてあって、食べ応えがある。

枝竹炆斑腩:魚と湯葉の鍋。
家郷炒斑球:魚の炒め。
この魚料理を両方頼むと半額になるのでお得だけど、やっぱり似た味だと飽きちゃう、、、。

Da-Liang fried milk is good. Mung bean soup(free dessert).
Overall okay.
大良炒鮮奶:支店で一回食べたけど、こっちの方が牛乳の味が濃厚で美味しい。ご飯と意外と合う。
デザートの「緑豆沙」はサービスで、3人で8000円ぐらい。全体的に美味しいけど、やや油っぽいかな。

Hahahaha, scramble milk! That's right! ^^;;
It is savoury but also has rich milk's sweet flavour, very nice! This is the original branch of the 順徳(in 広東) cuisine I only went a while ago and the fried egg is much nicer in this branch. I wonder if there are 順徳 or 大良(old name of the same place)restaurants in L.A.? Go check check! Maybe your dad knows?

Interesting, the milk is not deep fried but just pan-fried. I craved! Those green (or red) bean dessert are regular staples at the chinese resataurnt in LA as free dessert, so that kinda spoil my taste for them.
