オムハヤシスペシャル、1120円。Omelette with ketchup fried rice and hayashi sauce. Very good! Like the half-cooked egg.

I crave that after seeing your blog. I had it in the youshoku place I awlays go in LA, and just tried that last night ourselves. It's hard to keep the outside not turn to solid...^^;;

It is like half-raw scrambled egg, the egg itself is not seasoned but the rice underneath has taste, also comes with gravy on the side. So it is egg+ketchup fried rice+demi glace sauce in one bite~

I never see omelette like that with half-cook egg. So it's less dry and the egg became more like a gravy sauce?
