菜の花と芝海老の唐辛子炒め。東京ポークのトロトロ煮込み。
Probably my most frequently visited chinese restaurant in Tokyo...being nearby is one of the reason, but the standard is very high. Not cheap, though proper chinese restaurants are expensive in Tokyo anyway. Strange thing is it doesn't seem to be that popular, always no customers....We ordered a lot more dishes but I got lazy and didn't take pictures, well my friend I went with took all the pictures with much better skills so... ^^;;;

The skin is chewy and smooth too, very good, though would be better with more meat inside.

I wish they had given us more of the egg!! Also the taste is too mild for my taste, but I guess that is just right for Japanese customers who are probably not used to it. Yeah that's why I like this place maybe, very gourmet and trendy looking. ^^;;

Thousand year old egg tofu is my favorite dish! The pork is presented like a French dish, so gourmet looking ^^;;;
