スパ吉@吉祥寺

060610 076.jpgミートソース、850円。The spaghetti is the fresh type not the dried type, quite nice! But the meat sauce is a bit too sweet and salty. The shop is like a trendy and clean version of ramen place, and all the staff are young and lively. Nice place to have a quick cheap meal.

Comments:

I only had a little bite of my friend's natto+meat sauce, the natto is very mild and the strong meat sauce taste totally covers the distinct taste of natto anyway, probably a good way to eat natto if you hate it on its own. ^^;;;

Hahaha, I like my bolognese sweet too, I think you do add sugar in bolognese sauce otherwise it will be too sour, but not overly sweet lor. My friend had that same meat sauce with natto - that smelly fermented soybeans. I wanted hotspring egg as topping, but shame they had run out.

sweet bolognese is my...preference haha~~ it might sound gross but I tend to open a pack of sugar and sprinkle on the bolognese, of course do so dodging the waiters' eyes. Even if there are no fine sugar, only big brown sugar ^^;;;. it's an habit since childhood (you know as a child you tend to want everything to be like candy).
