Mille-feuille. A chocolate tart with pistachio cream, apricot and raspberry and 62% chocolate ganache cream. Both are so fantastic!! The tart, the pastry, the chocolate, the cream....every component is perfect, and not too sweet overall. Immediately a fan of this place. Got the galette and the financier to take-away, both very good too. My friend who went with me had mango tart, also great. The only complaint is the interior...feels more like an office than a cake shop. ^^;

The service is very poor,even the manager petite girl dont know how to handle their customers
I went their last week and Im asking her something about the product she dont know how to explain ,Never again I go there,or atleast hire someone who can speak english youre in Kamiyacho area and its not only Japanese and French people are around.

the chef Frederic Scailteur looks like a K1 fighter..as in the metropolis magazine commented and he said he used to work in the Manila Peninsula????the pastry chef their is a good friend of mine he is Gordon Landy and he was not accepted to work there ;( next time,be careful in answering and no lies ok???

The "pound cake" is actually a tiny piece. ^^;;
Oh it was soooooo difficult to cut the pastry and the tart!! The knife was too small too thin as well! Made a complete mess~~

The pistachio tart looks good! I rarely find 'cripsy tart' here, it looks difficult to eat though ^^;; The pound cake is so normal yet looks very tempting (must be the seemingly moist and golden brown color).

そうそう、インテリアに文句言っていたっけね、、、
食べた後は、全然気になんなくなって、
落ち着かないなんて言ってた割には、すごく長居してた^^;
