Le Dessin (ル・デッサン＠牛込柳町)

天然真鯛の瞬間燻製と青トマトのピクルス、 ピーツとフランポワーズビネガーのソース。
白ワインでマリネしたうさぎもも肉の煮込み、マスタードとレモンのクリーム仕立て（＆ライスが入ってるコロッケ）。
Smoked sea bream and green tomato pickles, beet and framboise vinegar sauce.
Hare marinated with white wine, mustard and lemon cream sauce, with rice croquette.

ココットに入れたチョコレートの焼き菓子ショコラ　ショー、アーモンドのクリームとバニラのアイスクリーム。
Chocolat chaud baked in cocotte, almond cream and vanilla ice-cream.
Great food and nice atmosphere.
