啜処 灰汁美
つけ麺。皿ワンタン。
Tsuke-men and wonton. The soup - made from dried salmon, pork and chicken etc. - is sour and sweet and chilli-powder kind of spicy...don't really like it. Charshu is a bit hard and dry, the wonton is pork, quite heavy with salt and heavy. Need to drink a lot of water to eat all these. Stuffed up to my throat by the end.

The sourness probably comes from the dried fish? Not sure...
For Tsuke-men, you dip the ramen into the soup to eat, like eating cold soba or udon with soy sauce.

The soup sounds 'complicated', though the ingredients doesn't sound like it'd give a sour flavor. Is that an extra bowl of noodle just eat alone..?
