Egg roll with mentaiko. Soft and fluffy, very delicious!

White "motsu" hotpot. Red "motsu" hotpot. White is miso, red is soy sauce, "motsu" is cow intestine. All very good! I like the white more. We added noodles to the soup which was heaven. Though I stank of garlic apparently but you simply don't notice it yourself. ^^;; Everyone was saying this place is super popular and very difficult to book, which I am lucky not to have to do it myself. ^^;; Old entry here.

Ant moon, isn't it used in those ancient chinese poems, describing the shape of the moon or something? I don't really know...

Yet there is a lot of garlic in the soup. I am not sure if there are other internal organs inside, the ones I took all had the same look and texture. Also I am not sure if it was cow motsu or pig motsu. ^^;;;

The garlic smell were from the steaming soup? And both pot are pig intestine...no other parts ? ^^:;

Thanks! I try not to be critical...
Eating and taking photos and blogging the food I eat is fun, but writing about it, is an absolute torture for me. ^^;;
