魚Den

061214 022日替わり定食: サバの酒粕煮、900円。
Mackerel simmered in Sakekasu(sediment that remains from brewing sake). Very nice! The sauce is sweet and fragrant. Asked for a spoon and ate all the sauce with the rice.

It is just alcohol and rice and sugar~ Yeah it has a bit of alcohol taste and quite sweet.

oh my...whoever discovered sake brewing remains can be used as soup for cooking...^^;;;; Does it taste alcoholic...or fermented...? (can't imagine)
