4 prices for the Unaju: 1300, 1600, 2000, 2500yen. The difference is the size of the unagi. Had the 1600yen one which is quite small. Unagi likely not grilled upon order cos it came too quickly and wasn't hot. The rice underneath was quite soggy. This place is famous for having been visited by John Lennon and Yoko Ono.

Yeah haha. I like Ungai but good ones are so expensive(rather spend the $$ to eat French...^^;;)
I don't think owner has changed. Maybe because I ordered the cheaper version and they only make it properly for more expensive version?

Are you craving unagi since that best-ever one last time? ^^;; Maybe this place was good in standard back then (if it were visited by John Lennon and yoko ono), it must have changed owners since them...and....
