Comments:

I take the sleeping pills when I am desperate to sleep, but it doesn't always work.

The "premature death" mentioned in the article is scary though.

Ah of course I don't (how could anyone) expect vitamin pills be effective against heart disease and cancer ^^;;; I read that capsule is better than tablets, because there're lots of junk fillers in tablets. My unscientific experiment evident that taking vitamin pills kept my energy WAY up~ wow didn't know too~~~~

Do you still take the sleeping pills. hey i heard that doing yoga, chi-kung, etc helps sleeping at night.

Vitamin makes that much of a difference? I read some scary articleshere and here a while ago about vitamin tablets - but of course it is for the case of taking large doses for medical purposes.

I still have the sleeping problem even though I switch to normal sleeping habit...I read somewhere that taking a bath before you sleep can decrease your body temperature and make you sleep better, but it doesn't work all the time. And drinking hot milk can help because milk has Melatonin(the sleeping pills I told you to buy for me, remember?). Also apparently from 10pm to 12pm is the easiest time to fall asleep....such and such. But sometimes everything fails and I get so stressed about not being able to sleep that makes it more difficult to sleep....sigh. I envy people who can just sleep anytime!

Have you figure out the problem of unable to sleep at night awhile ago? These days I felt very tired, low in stamina and a gripping headache. I felt asleep during work and almost fainted by 10. I had been very good in shape and energetic for awhile so I knew something's not right. Then I reazlize: I keep forgetting to take my vitamins for the past 2 weeks. ^^;;

You mean Chataigne? It is brown bread with soft chestnut inside, it is nice. The danish one on the left is really really good too, chestnut cream with 4 huge chestnut on top, and surprising it wasn't that sweet. btw, this summarizes 3 days of my breakfast - yeah, I changed to morning life-style now! Waking up at 8 and sleeping at 12!! Amazing!!
