洋梨とヨーグルトのムース、$33。モンブラン、$28。ウロン茶と鉄観音のムース、$33。日本のケーキほどじゃないが、まあ美味しい。お気に入りは中国茶のムース。Ragus Pear and Yogurt mousse. Mont Marron. Tempest - In a teacup(Chinese tea mousse, best one).

Wallpaper is just a name, the magazine is really about culture and lifestyle (of expensive/pretentious/unpractical designed living ^^;;). I think the 'nicely-decorated French-style cake' trend in HK/TW is rrobably influenced by Japan...? ^^;;

Wallpaper magazine?? The award is for taste or decoration?? This kind of nicely-decorated French-style cake is only starting to emerge in HK apparently. French bread and cake have a long way to go in their refinement~~~
