パイナップルの酢豚。

貝柱の野菜炒め。

ドライ海老と魚の塩漬けの野菜炒め。
Fried vegetables with dried prawn and salty fish.
順徳風魚の腸入りオムレツ。
Baked fish intestines with egg.
ガチョウ水かきの煮込み。
Goose web in hot pot.
阿林風チャーハン。
Famous "Ah Lam" fried rice.
4人で7000円ぐらい。どれも美味しいけど、ガチョウ水かきとチャーハンは絶品。

The chef of this restaurant is Lam, so....^^;;; It has dried scallops in it, very nice!
I don't eat sweet and sour pork that much actually, but my sister recommended the one here so just try try, quite good!

I never had "Ah Lam" fried rice, what's in it?
Sweet and sour pork is like the most basic for-foreigners Chinese dish here ^^;;;
