ハマグリ刺身。Geoduck clam sashimi.
蟹粉小籠包。
火腿汁ガチョウ水かき。Braised goose web in oyster sauce.
魚湯雲呑野菜鍋。Wonton with vegetables in fish soup.
魚頭鍋。Sauteed fish head in casserole.
海参鶏鍋。Sizzling chicken with sea cucumber in casserole.
桃飽(鴨卵と蓮ペースト)。
4人で15000円ぐらい。悪くないが、この値段だと、もっと美味しいと期待してた。

Oh that's the english name for ??clam?^^;;; I never seen it as non-food before. Oh I love it~~

Really you never tried "象抜clam"?? It is very sweet raw, not that expensive too. The food in this restaurant is "okay good", the clam sashimi is fresh, just that for this kind of price, you would expect better quality than "okay good" lor. I went with my family, and for chinese food my family is very hard to please. ^^;;;;

The geoduck clam (dunno what it is! 0_0) is gigantic!!! Scary looking actuallyl~ ^^;;; Sashimi usually can't be that bad if the seafood was fresh and decent quality. Too bad the food is no good.
