生煎包(生焼き豚肉まんじゅう)、HK$20。Pan-fried minced pork bun.
毛蟹と餅炒め、$128。これはすごく美味しい。Sauteed Hairy Crab with Rice Cake.This is very very yummy.

春雨、豚肉、野菜の小切りの炒め(中国風揚げパン二枚付き)、$48。ややしょっぱい。Stir-fried minced pork and vegetable. A bit salty.
松鼠桂魚(甘酸っぱいソースかけ、松の実入り桂花魚揚げ、$88(特別価格)。なかなか美味しい。Deep fried mandarin fish and pine nut with sweet and sour sauce, quite nice.

Yeah, it is the Shanghai type of "year cake" which is white and usually used in savoury dishes - you never tried before? Oh the sesame bun is hollow inside and you put the minced meat and vegetables inside to eat.

Rice-cake? like..."year cake" or? How do you eat it with crab? The fried rice look good. The seseme bun at the bottom left picture seem nice, anything inside?
