Really?? Yeah even though they say there is only proteins in bird nest, I still have the faith in chinese wisdom that there is something else that is just not found yet.

i heard that hasma doesn't work as well as birds nest but still consider pretty effective. my mom's friend drinked lots of birds nest and hasma drinks when she was pregant, and both the mom and dad has bad/dark skin. they had a baby boy and his skin is so pure and transparent and white, it made me believe that hasma and birds nest actually worked!

The benefit is suspicous....but then again, only a few years ago no one knew that green tea has such good dieting effect....so maybe one day someone will find out why that gross thing is good for skin...
