黄色門厨房＠Central

前菜いろいろ。すごく美味しい、ちょっと辛いけど。Brilliant appetizers, Sze-chuan style, i.e. spicy.

洋葱一字排（スペアリブ、甘いオニオンソース）。肉がとても柔らかい。Spare rib in sweet onion sauce, meat very soft.
イカのカレーサラダ。Squid curry salad, a bit too sweet and the squid is deep-fried.

青筍の炒め、美味しい。Fried asparagus lettuce. V. good.
宮保鶏丁（鶏と野菜とピーナッツの炒め、スパイシーソース）。Fried chicken and peanuts in spicy sauce.

カボチャスープ。Pumpkin soup.
八宝鴨、糯米飯詰め。美味しいけど、ソースがやっぱ甘い。Duck stuffed with sticky rice, in sweet sauce.

焼きとうもろこし。Grilled corn.
酒糟（さけかす）丸子。No idea how to translate...
ちゃんと店じゃなく私房菜なので、メニューは決まてる。毎日メニューが違うけど、上海の料理がメインで、シェフは四川人なので、辛い品もあるらしい。美味しいと思うけど、今日のメニューは甘いのが多くて、ちょっと飽きやすいかも。一人で３０００円ぐらい、安い。It is private restaurant again. The menu is decided by the chef, mostly Shanghai food, with some Szechuan appetizers. It is nice but today's menu is sweet sweet sweet all the way, so a bit easy to get tired of the taste. Would have been good if the menu were more balanced between savoury and sweet dishes.
