You need to find a really good soba place to know the real taste of soba - ordinary cheap soba place just spoils its image~~~

Soba is the healthier noodle right? (you are on healthy mode ^^;;)
I never liked soba, but I just found out recently there's a soba place nearby my office, I might give it a try someday.
