Is that how you call it? Sugar papa?! ^^;;; I just concentrated on eating and let my friend deal with that lady...the lady was even teasing the Thai waitress calling her "oh so charming" but too bad the waitress didn't understand the word "charming", haha.

Oh when it happened I was in a shop, and the walls, which were probably not concrete, shook so badly!! Everyone panicked and a girl even screamed. Then all the trains stopped of course, but I was with a friend so we went shopping, had dinner, had after dinner coffee and cake ^^;; until very late, so by the time I got to the station, the trains were delayed but already had signs of running again and I waited for like 40 minutes before getting on a train. It was really really crowded though! But at least I got home fine. It was a M5 earthquake!

it just sort of slowly shook for, what seemed like a looong time.
there weren't any damage done
but my books and stuff were all on the floor when I got home.

and cell phone connection kept failing,
so that was the most iconvinient part!

oh my that's scary! I didn't know about it until I read you guys talking about it ^^;;; how strong was the shake when you're at B1 level? I thought it'll be more dangerious underground? (becoz if the ceiling collpase you'll be trapped)

I think she meant Sugar daddy?! :D

I was stuck cuz of the earthquake too (>_ took me 4hours to get home!
I was in B1 floor when it occurred
but now that i think of it,
is it safer underground?

what....'papa' as in pimp or sugar daddy...? How you gals deal with them? ^^;;;;;;;
I saw the earthquake news, scary!!! If all train stopped, how long would you walk home from Shinjuku ^^:;;

Maybe I should make one category of Shinjuku and 大久保....lazy....

Another short story - very eventful that day was!
We didn't book this restaurant and just hopped in for dinner and it is located in the middle of 歌舞伎町, you know the half touristy half red-light district. And sitting right opposite us sharing the same table was an old couple...but it was definitely not ordinary couple cos the obasan was flirting with the ojisan throughout the whole meal and kept trying to talk to us, praising my friend oh so beautiful and me oh so kawaii(in my case as an afterthought). And my friend later told me that the obasan was saying to the ojisan "My papa before you used to work in Thailand~~~". What "papa"?!!! 怪しい~~
btw, the food was not that fantastic. 3800yen for 2 and we didn't even order drinks~~~quite expensive.

And there was a big earthquake in Tokyo that day, all the trains were stuck and people were stuck and I had to wait forever to get on a train to go home~~~lucky I was a full stomach.

I just realize...you don't have a category for Shinjuku, so they're all considered "others".
