060326 019.jpgフォアグラテリーヌとサラダ。ハチノスと豚足のトマト煮込み。いちごタルト。Foie gras terrine salad, cow stomach and pig feet tomato stew, strawberry cake. Without drink lunch course is 1600yen. The pig feet was all fat. ^^;;

I guess French are very much like Chinese, they eat anything. ^^;; Maybe stew is the best way to make the cow stomach and pig feet softer and less smelly?

I didn't know French eat cow stomach and pig feet too! wow~ I wonder if there're other way to cook other than stew.
