竹子

060821 017.jpg坦坦麺、750円。 A very rundown ramen place with only counter seats and all customers were male...took some courage to go in alone. ^^;; But the spicy noodles is very good! Noodles are thin but not too overcooked, the soup is spicy and the pork is soft.

Comments:

Yeah this place I read about somewhere before...but I thought it was a chinese restaurant with tables, didn't expect it to be a rundown ramen place. I hesitated quite a while before going in...^^;;

You could drag Joan to go to those ethnic places with you? For me, I can't exactly invite friends to go to this kind of places...

Did you read about it somewhere first? I would never have venture inside rundown/ojisan looking places myself...which is why in LA I'm missing a huge chunk of gems (mexican/ethnic food at rundown strip malls) unless someone took me there...^^:;
