梅園
粟ぜんざい。
Awa-zenzai - traditional Japanese sweet made from millet and red bean paste, served hot. The millet is made into very sticky paste, so nice!!!!!
梅園 (Umezono)
UPDATES!
A new branch on the 7th floor of Takashimaya Nihonbashi. I think the awa-zenzai tastes better in the original shop in Asakusa.

Whenever Freda updates in a batch, I always have problem commenting without sounding repetitive...like "It looks yummy!" 5 times in a row. ^^;;
(Freda: not complaining ah...^^;;)

Grated yam is softer, this one is much thicker and more sticky and yes, very heavy. ^^;;

Is it almost like grated yam? Seems like a very heavy filling dessert ^^;;
