It is fried fatty pork in red wine sauce – at first I thought it sounded like a really gross heavy greasy dish(why did I order it? ^^;;) but it turned out to be very light and good.
French eats everything like Chinese, don’t they?
tomoko, yeah it is a lovely bistro, but it is true that it is not a place that you want to take 1 and 1/2 hour train to dine there….^^;;; Too bad you moved!!
