   はなまるうどんみたいな、セルフうどん屋だよ～。手打ちじゃないかも、、、

   Actually it is a self-service udon place, you pick the udon, and choose from a selection of tempura and other side dishes. It is inside a big shopping mall where mostly young people go so the interior is quite modern.
