Girls’ Night Out! Back to Cube to try their dinner. We brought our own wine (no corkage fee).

A very tasty Squash Soup. We tried their Cheese & Charcuterie Plate, chosen from a dazzling long, multi-pages list. The two meat selections was Proscuitto Langhiriani (so delicious) and the incrediblepaper thin Nostrauo Salumi. Love both! The three cheese we chose were all very different in hardness and flavor, something for everyone. Chocolate Mousse: Light, just the right bitterness and not so sweet, very good~ Oh I can see myself coming here again and again, to try all the cheese & meat.

But if there are cheese and ham, I will definitely want a baguette and make them into a sandwich…^^;;;
Haha we were given a basket of bread (very good) to eat with the cheese & ham too, so basically we ate it in tartine/mini-sandwich style whatever you called it ^^;; However, the top left cheese was very hard, the knife we had was too gentle…we can’t even cut it without making a dangerous mess.
