Finally made it to Boule, the gorgeous chocolatier/boutique on La Cienaga.
Macarons as floral arrangement~ We’re surrounded by all these fine pastries and sweets (they have canele!).
Persia: Pistachio bavoroise, sour cherry gelee, pistachio dacquoise. Simple exquisite! The sugared flower petal can be eaten~ Not too sweet; the mousse is airy and got a florally pistachio aroma to it.
Boule Cake: Devil’s Food Cake, Paillete Feullantine Noisette, Montmorency Cherry Jam. The surface is so impossibly shiny. The chocolate and mousse are all fine and silky. Every bite is so good (never too sweet) and too wonderful to enjoy.

I grabbed dessert from Boule for a dinner party I had a while ago. I ordered an assortment of macarons and the least healthy cake/pastry they had. The server said, “there’s nothing even remotely healthy in the entire shop so pick based on your taste.” From that point on I was sold. I now use Boule for every occasion.
Wow that macaron tower!! Did you try their macarons and canele?
Boule Cake looks like Black forest cake on the inside.
Haven’t try those yet~ ^^;; I wonder how long would those macaron tower last.
