Angel Maid Bakery (Centinela)

I ordered a Raspberry Cake from this little bakery on Centinela Angel Maid Bakery (see my old entry) for my mother’s birthday. It is absolutely wonderful: lightly sweet, raspberry flavor taste fresh, airy mousse top with many ‘layers’ of cake beneath, the bottom chocolate sponge cake layer was soaked with sauce.
