La Brea Bakery (Beverly Blvd)

Our Boss brought this bread to office once or twice every week from La Brea Bakery. It is dark chocolate bread with cherry and chocolate chips. It is not sweet nor sticky, just the right rich taste, so good! I look forward to eat this every week. 😀

Monsieur Marcel (Hollywood Farmer’s Market)

Lunch there on Wednesday with Stan. White Fish with Potatoes Gratin $16.50 Good! Fresh! Fontana and Pancheta $7.50 taste normal…Faux-Filet Piemontais $16.99 Piedmontese New York Strip steak with black peppercorn and roquefort sauce. Stan requested it as rare and bloody as possible, turns out it’s like as burn and cooked as you can get.

Went to lunch with Tina last Friday. Freda couldn’t go because work is too busy. Foie Gras Tapas, it taste a bit bitter. Mussel and butter and garlic good! Pate Tapas (Tina’s :-D)
