DSC05753.jpgDSC05755.jpgWe went to Cakebread, a small family-owned winery. Their regular wine tasting cost $10, we got to try 6 wines: Sauvignon Blanc (not too good), 2 different Chardonnay (taste very different), pinot noir, merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon (my favorite). I like the red ones much more, in general their wines are more rich and spicy tasting, some has kinda weird flavor that I’m not sure I like. Well not that I know much about wine…^^;; They also offer cooking class in that grey building. We can keep the wine glass btw.

    I am totally clueless about wine too~~~~Sauvignon(red and white) and Chardonnay are the only ones I know. So envy you! I want to go for a wine-tasting trip and get really drunk~~~~(need a sober driver though)

    You see that urn in the 3rd pix? If you don’t like the wine (or you just want to taste it and don’t want to drink it) you can pour it there.

    I’m such a light drinker that wine make me so sleepy. Even though I don’t have to drive but I had to look at the map for my friend who was driving. I was struggling to stay awake until I just dose off ^^;;
