A slick modernized ramen chain in Japan Chabuya finally open one in LA. Their ramen is very thin (almost doll-noodle like) and frankly, so so… The “Sandwich”, a bit weird to put mayo+ketchup on the Chinese bun, the pork is good though. I’m not too impressed overall.
