Angel Maid Bakery (Centinela)

I ordered a Raspberry Cake from this little bakery on Centinela Angel Maid Bakery (see my old entry) for my mother’s birthday. It is absolutely wonderful: lightly sweet, raspberry flavor taste fresh, airy mousse top with many ‘layers’ of cake beneath, the bottom chocolate sponge cake layer was soaked with sauce.

I passed by this not-so-pretty bakery near my office everyday, I finally went in and found that it’s Japaense pastry! The cakes I got: Mango Mousse, Raspberry and Mocha…are all very good.
